Light for Children

SAD Group (Seighford Amateur Dramatics).


This year saw the amazing production of SAD's panto. The panto was written by Rob Johns and performed by Seighford folk. All involved from actors, actresses and audiences alike enjoyed the wonderful experience of the show. The performances raised an amazing £2500.

You can see the Panto Cow (with all her/their faces) and Doctor Who (Rob Johns) presenting the cheque to Light for Children representative Dave Barnsley. Who is the silly ‘mooo’ the Bank or the Panto Cow who wrote Light Four Children, you are right the cow can’t write!

Gateway Singers Concert at St John's Community Church

The Gateway Singers came and entertained us in June, an excellent evening was had by all. A total of £595 was raised by ticket sales and donations. Yvonne Marklew raised money through cards sales on the night and a donation was given to support the work Helen is doing in Romania. Thanks so much for your support.
